1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ck466 platform, including the website at ck466.io, all associated mobile-optimised pages, betting markets, casino games, live dealer services, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck466 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

ck466 may request documentary evidence at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension, withholding of funds, or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ck466. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or shared device or network — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck466 will void all winnings associated with duplicate accounts and may permanently ban all associated accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identification number, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Any account found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is subject to immediate suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ck466 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings. Any activity that occurs under your account login — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ck466 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

ck466 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at our discretion, ck466 may request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator invoice)

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ck466 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; processing times to your mobile wallet or bank account may vary depending on the payment provider. ck466 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the ck466 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). ck466 does not accept or process foreign currency deposits.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

ck466 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any deposit or withdrawal that is flagged for suspicious activity may be held for review. If a chargeback or reversal is initiated by a player through their payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform, ck466 reserves the right to freeze the account, void all associated winnings, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to extract value from promotional offers — will have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account permanently suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on ck466, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers domestic fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules published within the Platform. ck466 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that is subsequently found to be invalid, corrupted, or subject to irregular activity, including but not limited to match-fixing or spot-fixing.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games and live dealer tables on ck466 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by that provider's own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. ck466 is not responsible for errors or interruptions attributable to the game provider's systems.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or cooling-off periods through new account registrations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck466 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name ck466, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, photographs, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck466 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, display, adapt, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the express prior written consent of ck466. Unauthorised use of any ck466 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
